What is the UGM Digital record pool?

UGM Digital is a promotional music subscription service that enables professional DJs to download the latest club and radio music in MP3 and WAV format.


How do I join?

How much does UGM Digital cost?

We have three plan options which are $9.99 or $19.99 monthly and $149.99 annually.


Is UGM Digital legal?

Yes. UGM Digital works directly with record labels, artists, and producers to deliver the best new music. 

What type of music does UGM Digital provide?

UGM Digital specializes in positive club and radio music for DJs, including hip-hop, house, R&B, Latin, trap, deep house, reggae, dancehall, and other popular genres. You can browse our sample catalog here.


Does UGM Digital’s catalog contain classics and throwbacks?

No, our licenses allow us to promote new music only. However, we are working to extend our partnerships and licenses to provide those catalogs.


Can I keep the music?

Yes, downloaded tracks are yours to keep.


What type of files does UGM Digital provide for download?

We strive to provide the highest quality MP3 and WAV files available. Files with bitrates lower than 320kbps are noted as such and replaced with higher quality versions as soon as they become available. UGM Digital never posts low-quality radio rips.


Is there a download limit?

Currently, in our beta mode, there is no limit to the number of tracks you can download. 

Do the tracks work with Serato, Traktor, Rekordbox and other DVS software?

Yes, all of the tracks in UGM Digital’s catalog are compatible with the leading DVS software, including Serato, Traktor, and Rekordbox. Every MP3  and WAV comes pre-filled with the following metadata: Artist, Track title, BPM, and Key. Standardized cue points and beat-grids are also included.


Do you offer music videos?

UGM Digital currently does not offer music videos, but, we may consider in the future if demand is strong enough.


Am I allowed to include music that I download from UGM Digital in my mixes?

Yes, you may include music for promotional purposes as long as you follow the rules of your distribution platform (SoundCloud, Mixcloud, YouTube, etc.).


I can't find a track that used to be on UGM Digital. Where did it go?

Tracks remain in UGM Digital’s catalog for about six months, but sometimes longer. After that period, tracks may be removed from the site in order to comply with our promotional licenses. The availability period may vary for each release and can change without notice.

How do I update my billing information?

What payment methods does UGM Digital accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payments from UGM Digital UK subscribers are only accepted in pounds via PayPal.


Why was I charged more than once?

UGM Digital's subscription service automatically renews every month, or annually unless you choose to cancel. You can submit a cancellation request here.


Where can I view my billing history?

How do I cancel my account?

To end your automatic billing, please select "cancel my record pool subscription" here. You will receive a confirmation within two business days.

Our subscription fees range from $9.99 monthly - $149.99 annually. After requesting a cancellation, you will have full access to the record pool until the end of the billing cycle.
